Where did you get this information? Did you get a notification in Software tab of the car for this?

I'm the main person on a Family account and I'm able to log in as well. If you're having issues, you can go to the "Set device password" tab of your Account view (in a web browser) and use that to log into Spotify on certain devices. This is what I used to log into mine and had no issues.

Yes, this! I also found this to be an amazing side effect of having Youtube in the car now and I am loving it! :D Also great the community has found a way to get Plex to work in full screen ;):).

I'm still having problems too. At times, it's all gone for an entire drive. Originate in an underground parking garage as well. Saw somewhere (maybe as a rumour here on TMC) that Tesla is looking to swap out the AT&T sims in our cars with a local one (either Rogers or Telus).
