I did this and the two accounts were merged. You just have to tell them what account you want to keep and what account to delete/remove. I was told :-5 business days but happed in 2-4 hours.

It seems like Tesla is having a hard time around locations serviced by PECO. All the other super chargers outside Philly are outside of PECO area. Just my 2cents.

When I bought the car the referral got me $1000 off the price. The free super charging was a feature that was included. So based on the threads I’ve read it should be transferable. I would reach out to tesla and ask. The last six of the VIN is 030899 for this Model X.
