They flicker between Brite and dimmer; they do not blink all the way off. I will have to drive it again to see if it's when turning. I think I first noticed it on the highway, there was not much turning. It does look like a bad connection; and it was also doing it when stopped.

Really the same, .25” recess must be in spec. You're right, my last car 22 MYP had paint issues. And they halfheartedly tried to fix them (25% maybe) and left compound everywhere even inside the car for me to clean off. I fix it myself with a perfect outcome. Thanks
