I used #6 THHN for ground as well. I also has a same type of wire for neutral as spare just in case I need it since my path from my panel box to my garage is long and hard to route so I had them done one time only.

I used single wires #6 THHN.

Soft reboot your car (park and press and hold on to the 2 steering scroll buttons) . Then drive to see if problem goes away. Did fix it on mine! Good luck!

Car was sent to “service dept” 2 times. I was at 3 delivery appt. They can not adjust it further than the crooked gap. They ack the issue on Tesla side but practical tell me take the risk on the second order (and forfeit 250$) if that car has unserviceable defects as well.
