it means your tax liability = 5k withhold = 9k so with no EV purchase, Refund = 9k - 5k = 4k with EV purchase, Refund = 9k - 5k + 5k (tax liability or 7.5K, whichever is less) = 9k

nothing wrong with either of the VIN, both HW4. Many Colorado customers, me included are just intentionally delaying delivery until July for the increased EV credit, $2k to $5k

July will be a huge delivery month for CO. After releasing my 2nd VIN, a 3rd Fremont VIN was assigned to me with a Jul 13 - 19 EDD. 3rd time's the charm!!
