In Vancouver at least, it’s common to be in a group of Teslas while driving.. I think we should come up with a fun name for a group of us.. for example, a group of crows are a “murder” of crows, dogs are a “pack”.. etc My best idea for Teslas is a “strike” of teslas.. any other ideas? :)

Just got back from another drive.. I am fully convinced the steering wheel modes have been tweaked.. and I am even more sure that chill mode acceleration and deceleration are different. I have also seen people complaining in other threads that their steering wheel modes have “stopped working”...

I updated my 2022 M3 RWD last night with this release.. and have noticed a couple undocumented things….. first obvious thing (at least from my previous release) is they added the rainbow road Easter egg to the toy box … the Easter egg itself isn’t new.. just shows you how to activate it...

Coming from a 2017 civic hatchback turbo.. The things I really appreciate are how quiet it is.. not just the engine, but it is so much quieter in terms of road nose that it feels like I am floating down the road heh. Overtaking cars is so easy.. this thing accelerates instantly to any speed...

Ryzen, single pane rear windows… that said, road noise is basically non existent.. at least compared to my 2017 civic.

Picked up my 165xxx white on black 18” aero rwd… holy crap.. I was not prepared for how fast this thing accelerates.. especially when you are already in motion. For the basiest of base models, this thing is bloody amazing. No build quality issues. Delivery was smooth.

Got my VIN today. White/black 18” aero, no fsd .. Vancouver (Richmond) 5YJ3E1EAXNF165xxx No delivery scheduled yet, but edd now says Feb 9 to 12

I am waiting patiently for the exact same configuration, from the same delivery centre.. ordered mine on Sept 23 though (2021 though.. I hope that’s what you meant!) What day are you picking up?

as I am in this bucket.. I am starting to see a trend that there really hasn’t been many/any rwd models coming out of the factory.. anyone picking them up has a SN that is something like 152xxx . Wondering if they are prioritizing the hertz order possibly? Or maybe a big batch of these cars is...

Anybody picking up in the Richmond BC location get their VIN yet? I saw a bunch of people getting them from the Burnaby location, but none from Richmond. My edd in Richmond is Feb 4 to Mar 4.. white ext, black ext, standard rwd, 18” aero.. Richmond special.

Production happens days before delivery. Your car isn't made yet if you haven't received a text about scheduling your delivery date.

Was just told by delivery specialist that once the car is manufactured, they, and I, would receive a text message to schedule a final delivery day.. in my case, the car has not yet been manufactured. He said that can be as short as 3-5 days to get the car from the factory to vancouver...
