Log into toolbox, then u gotta change the network adapter on your pc to have a ip address of 192.160.90.124, and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. then plug ur cable into the car and pc and hit connect. If you got any questions, just hit me up, I have worked with toolbox extensively.

Yup, just confirmed it, s and x up to 2020 pack replacement just involves a re-deploy.

The bms is in the pack. The bms is aware of the condition of the pack, but the main computer doesn't. The HV pack procedure forces the main computer to relearn/recalibrate this. Same thing with 3/y car will not run till u run the hv pack relearn/replacement procedure.

Ok, when doing pack replacement, there are special plugs that you can use to prevent draining the entire car of coolant. Bc if you just unplug the coolant lines, coolant may drain out of the DI, aka you gotta vacuum fill it, and bleeding the cooling system will take more time, and you risk...

Ok, for tesla 3 and y, doing a re-deploy after pack replacement will cause major problems (Learned that the hard way on my own car). DO NOT DO A RE-DEPLOY on model 3 and y. Pack replacement is a seperate procedure.

All you had to do was clear post crash load shed on VCFront. You didn't have to replace it.

You can do a rebuild on the door handles. Its actually a relatively simple procedure, and parts are pretty cheap. I did this job for a couple of my friends, and its really easy. Hit me up if you want me to do it for ya.
