Tesla Solar in Houston & Surrounding Area’s

Nice 3 weeks isn’t bad. Hoping they don’t just bandaid the Model 3 suspension issues where I have to go back again. That seems to be common they grease it knowing it won’t fix anything and then you have to come back. I will be pushing against that with these current wait times.

Yep and the wait time at the new location in the woodlands for a simple service appointment is a few months long. Thankfully it’s not anything serious but this has me concerned about Tesla service. It was already bad, and seems to be going the wrong direction.

    Model 3 Performance/Ludicrous Waiting Room

Just updated (Houston TX, SG/White, Ordered May 1) EDD was: May 31 - June 28 EDD now: August 11 - September 22 I am not going to stress it because my 2022 Model S had a EDD of November and I got it in May. So, while these EDDs are fun to watch I have absolutely zero faith they mean anything...

So an update on the issue I reported all the way back in August last year. Impact section showing grid use during peak and the CSV file not being correct data. So when my solar system had the failed update, that update fixed my impact section showing I was using grid power during peak when I...

Legit my biggest concern with handing over all my settings to Tesla… their track record speaks for itself haha. Elons comp package doesn’t go through and we all screwed 🤣 or maybe he leaves and decides to give us all free energy to kill Tesla on his way out haha. It could go either way.

Installing the TMC PWA (Progressive Web App) on your mobile device

10 years of working on the ChromeOS team for Education/Enterprise and now working on ChromeOS at a startup, PWAs have been a big deal. Most companies switching over get told oh there is zero difference between an app and a PWA… then they start using PWAs and it’s a whole mess. Everything you...

Installing the TMC PWA (Progressive Web App) on your mobile device

That’s spot on. Since you said that I tried to just open the website on safari on my phone and same issues. Things freezing the menu bar not staying at the bottom and covering text. Needing to refresh the page to fix it. So I guess the issues are with the site and not just the PWA. I just wish I...

Installing the TMC PWA (Progressive Web App) on your mobile device

Another thing I have had issues with lately is when I click anything like next page, notification, like, it freezes so I tap again and then finally it registers.

Man my area really lucked out with this storm. No power outage and no bad wind. Sounds like most of the area got hit hard though. I see the power outage tracker for the county is insane. e

Agreed the PWA is way worse. Maybe it’s a site problem idk but it’s constantly freezing I.e responding here just now it froze on me twice. Notifications never seem to come through. I have to ever so many days go to settings and disable/re-enable notifications for them to send again. I miss the...

Yeah when I was looking at it seems like these are the settings you relinquish to Tesla.

Yeah my situation is a bit different I almost never have to SC. Always charge the cars at night the Model S about once a week or two. The Model 3 gets charged 2x a week or 3. Since it’s the RWD it gets topped up to 100. So we pay nearly $0 a year to charge 2 cars because of the free nights. That...

Since my trench conduit is full, yeah that would be the only way. Just take my garden spade and pull back and shove it in a couple inches down. With it being Ethernet I don’t guess it is a safety concern. Idk it all really depends on how often this ends up happening. My main issue i would like...
