    Supercharger - Yermo, CA (LIVE 21 Nov 2017, 18 V2 Stalls)

Yeah I actually think it's a good strategy at least in the medium term, before the huge Baker/Primm expansions come. There doesn't appear to be a lot of real estate left in that Yermo area for a huge expansion (28+ V3s) and possibly max power problems with sharing the space with EddieWorld...

    Supercharger - Yermo, CA (LIVE 21 Nov 2017, 18 V2 Stalls)

They've been there at least 6+ months and are even in the Nav as it shows 22 stalls (instead of just the permanent 18). But they do seem kind of temporary-ish since they're so movable. They're kind of similar to that 4 stall thing in Barstow and a little bit longer lasting than the trailer...

Time of Use Supercharging Rates in California

The peak/off-peak hours should be accurate in the nav of your car so you can see the price (if not on the unlimited) of any nearby supercharging any time there. It seems to have gone up to .29/.58 now from .24/.48 earlier this year.

    Supercharger - Baker, CA (LIVE / EXPANDED 40 V2 + 20 V3 stalls)

I've seen these before the last time I was through maybe a month ago. Not sure if/when they're active (probably just super peak travel times when it's >80% full) but when I was there, it was maybe 90% full and they had opened these up as "temp stalls" in a back row on that unpaved area like in...

Supercharger - Coalinga, CA (LIVE 15 Dec 2022, 80 stalls)

Most folks travel during peak hours, which is why it's full during peak hours and was what the OP originally asked for. Of course, there's going to be stalls available at super off peak times (which is when you imply you prefer to travel and that's wonderful) and certain times will be more...

Supercharger - Coalinga, CA (LIVE 15 Dec 2022, 80 stalls)

Honestly, I think it's because it's not that big an "event" anymore to see a full supercharger. Pretty much every weekend in the SGV and OC and others throughout LA, multiple larger ones are full. Especially Vegas - LA (even Baker was full last time I went through) is regularly full on...

Supercharger - Harris Ranch, CA (18 V2 stalls)

Oh, I'm glad you got your situation resolved relatively well, outside the extra bit of waiting. I never really thought about it but I guess from now on, I'll triple check the nav status (shows as temp closed right now) before heading out. Have a good and safe trip.

Supercharger - Harris Ranch, CA (18 V2 stalls)

Yeah, that's probably the "easiest" way. You can get 150% of rated range at a constant 30mph with the hazard lights on. It might annoy everyone else on the freeway, though. Could probably still make it on local roads but it's more dicey. Your roadside service might be able to help out too...

Trip Planning -- LA to Carmel

Just adding that I made a similar trip recently. It was raining hard so mileage was terrible (1.29 rated miles used per actual mile from LA to Paso, with clear weather and no traffic was closer to 1.23 rated/actual) but still made it to Paso Robles from 100% with the same stats car as OP...

Holiday travel availability / congestion at CA Superchargers; possible solutions, complaints, comments, discussion

101 was pretty boring, if I remember. The V3 chargers were half full at most with some even 1/4 full only. Paso kind of got to maybe 1/2 - 3/4. There should be no problems on this route. Small V2, like Atascadero, was still full, though. V2 vs V3 seemed to be the general theme overall for...

Supercharger - Kettleman City, CA - Bernard Dr. (LIVE, 56 V3 stalls)

Everyone will have slightly different timings and it's still early afternoon, but along I-5, it was about like Kettleman 1 was full Kettleman 2 was about half to 3/4 full so it was really great All the V2s were pretty much full and stayed full Firebaugh was almost full and the rest of the V3s...

I own multifamily apartments - I'm part of the EV charging infrastructure problem

Yeah, it's tough if your units are spread out all over. In some cities, the new requirement is something like 5% of the parking needs to be EV. Technically, they require just the wiring and not even the ability to charge yet. The tentative plan is probably to install some lower amp J1772 in...

    SolarCity (SCTY)

Not a great answer but "it depends" based on the offer. Usually, they just need a certain percentage of the shares for it to go through (e.g. 51% or 2/3). For the people that didn't tender their shares, what will most likely happen afterwards is they just keep their shares for a while. Then...

    Coding practice for kids?

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but TopCoder used to have "Single Round Matches" which were basically 3 small coding problems that people did in 2 hours. They had some UI where you could run tests on the code to see if it passed the test cases. I haven't looked at their...
