Hi. I am posting this in the European forums since our electrical grid closely resembles that of the UK. I just had my electrician complete my 16A 3-Phase Red Plug installation. My electrician wired each of the 3 phases to a 20A breaker + neutral and earth. He installed a separate circuit direct from the breaker to the plug and used 5x 2.5 sq.mm. cross section cable.
Alex.
1. the main panel breaker rated at 415V 100A.
2. the main panel before opening.
3. 20A 3-Phase breaker and cable
4. Making space in the breaker by moving the 1-Phases down.
5. The cable is threaded using existing conduits, keeping an existing 13A circuit intact.
6. All installed at the breaker.
7. Both plugs wired and almost ready
8. Voltage Test on each phase with multi-meter
9. All done.
