Creeking noise when on Slight Hills Help

Does anyone else have creeking noises coming from the suspension when reversing and then putting it into drive and turning the wheel while holding the brakes on hills/or slight hills in the Tesla Model S. My Model S is a month old 70D. I went to Tesla Service center and they said this is normal. Just want to confirm other owners hear this noise? Thank you.

I agree with @AmpedRealtor that in some instances you may be hearing the brakes and it's "normal". Since you mentioned the suspension (if it's air suspension), I also get a rubbing type sound if I turn the wheel too hard while the suspension is high or very high. I was told by Tesla this is also normal and it's just the wheel rubbing on the felt in the fender well. The easiest way to avoid this is to try to make the turn more gradual so it doesn't rub. Hope this helps.
