Im waiting on my p85 grey, I've ordered the wrap, anthracite 3M wrap with performance graphite 20 wheels. Waiting, I'll share pics when I get the car.

How did you black-out the chrome? Paint, wrap?

Pat,

I'm having my chrome all wrapped in matte black by "affichage.ca" on the 30th of April. I can post pics of the results, or you can come see them at our next Orange Julep meet.

I'm also having them do carbon fiber wrap on all the cheap plastic trim bits and on the nosecone.

Yeah. Keep me posted. I'm interested in doing exactly the same thing to my car. However, a local wrap guy told me the wrap wouldn't adhere properly to the plastic pieces.

I'm wrapping my white P85 in Satin Guard and wrapping all the chrome in glossy black as well.

Ladies and Gentleman...here is my new car...from black to satin white pearl! The chrome pieces were removed and then painted gloss black with a clear coat finish...mirrors and rear diffuser in Carbon Fiber

This looks really slick. The blacked out chrome makes a lot of sense with the white and the red adds a nice splash of color. I'm curious why you took delivery in black rather than white?

Ordering black was a mistake (in hindsight) because all black cars look like **** after just one day of being washed unless they are driven and stored indoors at all times...once they hit the elements it looks bad in just one day, IMO...and I could not change it once the order "locked"

Very nice. I'm sure the car looks better in person. Is there a difference between this and flat white?
Are you planning on doing anything to rims? Perhaps a flat black, powder coating?
Did you do anything to the side turn signal? Can't quite tell.

AWESOME!! What a well-done job. But I'd have kept the nose in black. Anyway, stunning result. What about the part of the doors normally hidden... Also have been wrapped?

Oh yes, the nose was fantastic. Tesla should take a look at that! Much much much nicer than with the standard black nose! Alost makes me want a white car, and I dont really like white cars normally

Love the red emblems on the white!!

Folks who got the white paint from the factory should seriously consider wrapping/painting their T logos Red! It should look good on black too.
