Need a charging station at Winstar Casino

I know this was already mentioned on the Supercharger thread, but we desperately need a charging station at Winstar casino. While a Supercharger would be ideal, I'd take any ole thing at this point; there really just aren't any good options between D/FW and OK City and that distance is going to be a stretch for my 60kWh car. Winstar is the perfect place to stop because there's no shortage of stuff to keep me busy while I charge. Unfortunately, I called today and they "have no plans currently to install a charging station." They did tell me I could rent a space in their RV park for $25. That would make for some expensive electrons.

If anyone else might benefit from getting a charging station here, please add your voice and reach out to Winstar and let them know the value of a charger: http://winstarworldcasino.com/contact-us.

    Thank you

This would seem like a no brainer. If there is any place that wants people to hang around for a while while their cars charge, it would be a casino. They could probably pay back the investment in a month or two.

Agreed. I was mystified that they didn't have any enthusiasm for my suggestion.

Perhaps they felt that if you spent $80K+ on a car you wouldn't have any money left for gambling

They aren't far off. The big draw for me is really the free soft drinks.
