$220 adapter kit was delivered damaged

I purchased a new $220 adapter kit from Tesla Shop that is damaged and appears to be used (stained with a large cut in the canvas case they comes in). For those of you who ordered this, did the adapter come individually wrapped also or were they just tossed in the bag?

I suspect it was a used kit rather than just a damaged kit but others might have received them without being individually wrapped also.

The set a received did not have the adapters individually wrapped. I don't remember if the black case came in a plastic bag. But, I have no doubt mine was new.

Thanks for confirming. I still suspect it's used. Waiting for Tesla to get back to me with either a full replacement or at least a replacement case.
