I purchased this on the Tesla website many years ago. It is designed to fit into the back seat and clips into place. Makes it more comfortable for back seat passengers. Also includes a two cup holders and a place to store things. It has a small scratch (see photos) but otherwise is in perfect working condition. Comes with carrying case with Tesla logo. Original price was $600. OEM.
