Model S Refresh Rear Whistling

I’ve been dealing with a whistle coming from the rear of my 21 refresh S for quite some time now. I’ve sealed the trunk latch, adjusted the trunk stoppers for fitment, and taped under the “Tesla” letters and nothing changes. Attaching a video. It drives me insane.

I'd start by taping all the gaps in the trunk lid. If the noise is still present, it's more likely mechanical (e.g. differential bearing, wheel hub?).
