Whistle from Rear

Recently my 22LR has developed an annoying, high pitched whistling coming from the rear. It happens at all speeds, all road conditions and isn't only when on the throttle. Any ideas? Tesla want £198 to diagnose but I can't get there for a while.

I think this is normal? Just the motor whine? I have this noise on my SR+ from new.

It wasn't there a prior to a few weeks ago.

It’s not window whistle is it? I had this when the windows wasn’t fully up

No, thought that but they're all fully up. It sounds like it's coming from under the seat at the left hand side.

Not the break pad wear squealer? Seriously there is wear indicator that is simply spring steel that makes a noise high pitched noise when rear pads are getting low

I get this on my 2019 SR+ from time to time - for me it seems to come on what an ICE would be called the "overrun" i.e. just easing back slightly on the accelerator. Didn't have it from the start but its been going a few years now.

I appreciate I've added no value to the thread but now I'll get notifications if anyone else does
