Uneven cut for tint

Hi All! New to the forum. I just got my Tesla MY tinted and noticed that both the front and passenger tints weren't cut to fully cover edge. When I asked the guy who did it. He said it's cut by a computer and they pulled it up the most they could. Please let me know if this is normal or should be fixed. The back windows seem to be cut perfectly though.

They know it should go to the edge and pulled up the one side. Why didn't they reposition the whole piece up so the corner fit and trim the hinge side?

TBH, all the professional tinting I've had done was off a roll. If they're using precut tint, they sound like amateurs to me.

Sloppy work. Good tint has a hand filed edge that looks perfect. No way in hell would I pay for a gap like that.

Wow sorry to see that. The lines aren’t even straight. I would take this back asap. Good luck!

On the bright side its not difficult for a shop to remove and install new tint. Let the shop know that doesn't meet the market standard for an install.
