TPMS Sensors on newer VIN are different

With sensor / reader type mismatch, you'll get a TPM warning persistently on the instrument cluster.

You'll have to change out the old TPMS in each Turbine to be newer kind. Budget that into your cost.

If you have no use for the old TMPS's maybe they're still functional for someone else, people like me with the old monitor... doing a new set of wheels... sell them for a song and recoup at least a little $ for them. There's a classified section on this TMC forum.

I've had sensors moved from one set of rims to another, it can be done at tire shops. Ask for them to be removed carefully, not scrapped.
