Tesla not connecting to app after disconnected from 12V battery

Hello everyone, i have a MX 2017 and now i have some problems with the app.My car needed some replacements of some pieces and it has been disconnected from the 12V battery completely.Now when i connected it back i can't reach the car from the app.The car is appearing for some seconds to the app and then disconnects for a long time.Please help if someone knows how.

Try connecting your car to wifi and try again after about 3 minutes after connection.. If you can connect over wifi, that points to an issue with the eSIM and/or mobile network.

1. Reboot the car
2. If that does not work, then reboot the phone
3. If that does not work, then uninstall the app and reinstall it.

I tried these methods and none of them works.

I'll try that and I'll see if this works.But my LTE connection is working perfect on spotify,tidal,etc.
