Anyone else have to submit paystubs, vehicle info, previous employer, etc. To Allegacy Before getting rate quote?
Do you know how long their quote is good for? 30/60 days? Also how much of the car will they finance? 100%?I was just approved @ 1.99% for 72 months with Credit Union of Texas.
No paycheck stubs required. Everything was done over the phone. It was the most 10-15 minutes painless car loan application ever!
They are familiar with Tesla's MVPA process.
LOL I was the guy that asked if you were in NorCal... SMALL WORLD.....LOL I am that guy
I think it was 30 days but here is her contact info. Ask her what is their rate before letting her pull your credit.Do you know how long their quote is good for? 30/60 days? Also how much of the car will they finance? 100%?
LOL so YOU'RE the guy that wanted me to help you install your NEMA outlet. This is too funny.LOL I was the guy that asked if you were in NorCal... SMALL WORLD.....
Did that CU have strict eligibility requirements?
Cmon dude... ya didn't have to make it sound like I was ..."that guy..." XDLOL so YOU'RE the guy that wanted me to help you install your NEMA outlet. This is too funny.
Sorry was laughing and forgot to answer your question. No CUTX wasn't strict. She did asked if I live in the Dallas area or if I was a member. No no to both but that wasn't a problem.LOL I was the guy that asked if you were in NorCal... SMALL WORLD.....

I did everything over the phone. Didn't have to fill out anything. After they approved you and you accepted the term. They will make you sign some form online (Docuware I think). I am still waiting for my Tesla rep to send "a letter of guarantee" before the Credit Union will release the fund. I am not sure how long the offer is good for. When I asked, she say their rate range is 1.99% thru 5.49%. I was approved was zero down...so yes, I would think they do finance 100% of the car.Nice! Did you apply by phone or online? How long is their rate good for? Did they finance 100% of the car?
I assume you're financially stable/well-off to be able to get approved over the phone + very low rate + $0 down?I did everything over the phone. Didn't have to fill out anything. I don't know about well-off but I do have a stable job (17+ years). I wasn't ask to put more down. Not sure if the $3500 deposit to Tesla count as a down?I assume you're financially stable/well-off to be able to get approved over the phone + very low rate + $0 down?
I didn't bother with filling out the online application. I just called in. I asked what is their current rate and she say 1.99 thru 5.xx%. I do live in Texas, just not in Dallas. Not sure what other factor help contribute but I do work for the State. I do have a long history of car buying (not something I am proud of. So much money wasted on trading in cars). I have another buddy who just got his Model 3 and he downed about $28K with credit score higher than mine but his best rate was 2.6% for 72 months. He was only financing about $31K. They say he never have any car buying history. This is his first brand new car loan ever. So I wish all my Tesla buddies best of luck for that 1.99%!How did you get that rate? I'm working through their online application and its saying 3.99% for 72 months and I have near perfect credit. Do you actually have to call them to get that rate?
Also, membership seems to be contingent upon being employed by various companies or living in the area around the CU. How were you able to get around that with being out of state?
Thanks!
