Thanks to @Mrbrock for finding a different Jurupa Valley location, I did a search and found another site with an unknown number address on Mission St. Doing another search on the parcel number gave me the attached which puts it somewhere between 6322 - 6348.

Don't know if I have ever seen "In review - undefined" on accela before. Obviously a lot of development here and Teslas in the area.
