A dig ticket has been filed on behalf of Tesla at the Starbucks at 457 River Rd in Edgewater, NJ. This should be well under construction a month and a half on.

Where do you see a building permit? What is posted is a dig ticket for utilities to be marked so you don’t hit them when you dig. You don’t file a dig ticket unless you intend to start construction soon (1/6 was listed as start date on the ticket).
