A new Supercharger is coming soon to the South Side of Chicago, Illinois!!

According to a recent letter from the Chicago Dept. of Planning and Development, it looks like Tesla will be building a 16-stall charging station at the Lowe's Hardware Store on S Holland Rd.

Interesting location, I've been to that Lowe's several times, not much around for amenities, but a good deal closer to the highway for anyone coming in/out of the city. Should take some pressure off the 150kw chargers in Evergreen Park and Country Club Hills.

More great news!! This will open up so much for the south side. People without driveways or garages will be able to charge their cars without driving to Evergreen Park. It's about time!!
