Hello

Don't have any pics but I haven't seen this posted anywhere else. There is a new supercharger that has already been installed and more than likely is waiting for power to be turned on. I believe it is a 12-16 stall location. V3 dispensers. This is located at the Walmart in the parking lot where some stores are. This is right off i40.

Here where it is: 36°04'12.3"N 79°29'58.0"W

I live within two miles of that site. I’ll go by tomorrow and check it out.
There are 20 stalls; they look ready to go but they’re not turned on. All but two stalls are available from 2 sides, making them available to both teslas and non-teslas (where the charge port is located in front of the driver’s door). Nice set-up!

Since my last post, most of the stalls have been numbered: 1A-1D, 2A-2D, 3A-3D, 4A-4D, and 5A-5B. Presumably, the two stalls not numbered would be 5C-5D; one of those is the handicapped space. Perhaps Tesla is waiting for all stalls to be numbered before activating this site. All of the sequential letters for each number are on the same side of the row with exception of no. 3. 3A begins with the Tesla forward pull-in space, 3B and 3C are on the other side, while 3D is on the same side as 3A. What’s interesting, though, about this site, is that every space can be used by a Tesla or non-Tesla, meaning that the site can accommodate 20 Teslas, 20 non-Teslas, or any combination of Tesla and non-Teslas. I believe the signs on top of the stalls that say “Please use other side” is meant for Tesla drivers, not non-Tesla drivers. A Ford Mustang Mach-e driver would need to pull into a space and use the stall that says “use other side” in order for the cord to reach.

I stopped by this evening, Saturday, and found 12 out of the 20 stalls were lit up. Last evening none were. I pulled into one of the lit ones and was able to plug in and it worked. Hooray! The brief session showed up on my MCU, my app, and on Teslafi.com. The site, however, is not yet showing up on my app or the MCU screen. The stalls not lit are 1A-1D and 5A-5D (5C and 5D are still not labeled).
