Climate XChange's 7th Annual EV Raffle is coming to a close, so buy your tickets now! Ticket sales end Wednesday, Feb 22 at 2pm eastern, and the drawing will be held Friday Feb 24 at 3pm eastern, with live stream of the ticket stub drum loading process from 2pm.
This year's raffle is unique, as the Grand Prize winner can choose from not only the four Tesla models, but also the Rivian R1T or R1S - with any and all available options and with federal and state prize taxes paid on their behalf! This makes the Grand Prize worth up to $250,960! Alternatively the Grand Prize winner can choose to receive $100,000 cash. Plus there are four cash prizes of $10,000, $5000, $3000, and $2000.
Tickets are $250 each, and sales are limited to 5000. As of posting this at 11:30am eastern on Feb 16 we had sold 4098 tickets with less than one week remaining, so your odds of winning are likely better than 1 in 5000 for the Grand Prize, and 1 in 1000 for any prize. All proceeds after raffle prize and operation costs fund the programs and operations of Climate XChange, a Boston-based 501c3 nonprofit with a mission to achieve a rapid and equitable transition towards a zero-emissions economy by advancing state climate policy. We empower state and local policy makers, business leaders, and advocates with the information, resources, and networks they need to make these policies a reality in a way that best serves local communities.
