Rear reversing camera blurred view

I have a rear reversing camera problem on my Model 3 Performance , the view is blurred even after cleaning, i think the problem is under the outer glass, is it possible to remove the outer glass to get to the lense, if not were is the best place to purchase a new one, i have only had the car 3 weeks.
