How do I retrieve video from the front facing Pillar cams?

They are not part of Sentry Mode, so you can't retrieve it. However, you can preview the cameras from service menu / preview cameras

Probably but not as a normal user AFAIK. I expect it needs @greentheonly levels of messing about to retrieve.

Yes but not by the end user. You have to get Tesla to do it and then only if there’s a good enough reason.

There was an altercation involving 3rd parties and the cops asked me if I had videos. The altercation was just outside the field of vision of the dashcam.
