OEM Tesla CCS Adapter (never used, but opened)
I scored this when they first came out, never used it, it sat for like a year, and at some point I opened it up just to make sure it wasn't a box with a rock in it
Still have the original box/packaging.

I also have N14-30 and an N6-50 adapters for the TMC/mobile charger, with boxes though that's probably not important. 6-50 I got as a backup, used a couple of times here at the house. 14-30 also has few uses, maybe 5 or 6, strictly used down at my BIL's house a few times.
