MY window tinting

Took my MY in to get tinted. They pointed out that the passenger and rear doors have almost no gap whatsoever between the glass and interior material of the doors. They said it will most likely damage the tint because of this. Makes me wonder if that’s the reason why Tesla pre-tints the MY...? The driver’s door has a noticeable gap compared to these other three.

I thought it should be ok if the tint is extended below the window gasket.

Exactly the same as my MY.

This is the drivers door. You can notice the gap compared to the other pics.

The shop I’m going to use has done about 20 Y’s so far and has had no problem. Is it a fit and finish issue that varies between each car?
