A tree jumped out in front of my 2021 MYLR causing moderate front end damage, including loss of coolant. Repair was easy, but getting to car to charge became a perplexing issue.
A previous failure of an ECU necessitated replacement. Both my certified repair shop and the Tampa service center could not figure it out. The car was "magically" transported to Fremont CA. for fixing. Yep, the mobile app put my car 3,000 miles west in California.
As an old IT guy, I get what's going on. It's just amusing that baselining software included its home location. Next day, it was back in Tampa.
