Just picked up dry cleaning for first time with my new X and guess what? Yeah, no coat hooks. I've seen some after market ideas, but looking for thoughts. Can't believe they designed the car without hooks!

Where would you suggest they be installed? There is literally nothing in the top of the car that doesn't move or flip when the FWD or rear hatch is operated. I've never seen coat hooks in a convertible either.
The after market ones you saw are probably a copy of the ones Tesla sells. We use those (3rd party not Tesla’s) to hang the kids’ backpacks after school pickup and they work fine.

I would think some sort of integrated hook in the back of the headrest or on the inside of the upper door section that flips out and is sturdy as it holds the garment weight going up and down.
They also are offering a HIGH5, $5.00 discount as well. It would not apply to my order, probably because of the small amount, but perhaps could use if for something more expensive.
