There was another posting here on the forums about noise from from the front when hitting bumps.
He removed the Aero wheel hub caps and the noise went away.
I have the same noise on the Model Y my friend. It's frustrating because I did 10,000km and the service told me that the noise is "normal". I don't believe it. For me it is something that can be solved. But I've tried everything, at the moment no solution. There are times when the noise decreases, others it increases. I really don't know what to do, how to solve it. But at the moment there seems to be no solution.
I have the same issue- brand new model 3 SR. It is driving me crazy. Tesla service spent a week "retorquing" the suspension components, but no improvement. And they affected my alignment.
Update: Took about 3 days for service center to fix it, was told that they took out the bumper and some interior trim to find where the noise is, but they couldn't figure it out. Saw them did crazy amount of test drives during service (on Teslafi), so kudos to the team. In the end, they replaced the left front spring and damper. Noise was gone and it's been very solid (over 2500miles since).
