Missing bolt attaching plastic trim below doors near front wheel arch

I discovered last night while cleaning dirt behind my wheel wells that the plastic trim running the entire length of the doors is somewhat loose and not flush near to where it meets the front wheel garnish. Upon lifting the plastic piece just below the garnish I discovered a hole that has a missing bolt. According to Tesla parts catalog this is bolt with part no 1006534-00-A (number 7 in diagram). This car is only 5 months old and has been in service for various issues including steering rack sensor replacement. Has anyone seen this bolt falling on its own or is this something forgotten at factory or service center? This is driver side, passenger side is all flush and I can see the bolt head in the crack under the wheel garnish (or more precisely the plastic piece just below it). But just a washer hole driver side. Tesla trademark quality.
