I have an ebony wood trim overlay kit for your car from Hills, if interested. Look it up on their site. I installed it and decided the look isn't for me. I paid around $600 shipped for everything, will sell for steep discount.

I have a new and never installed OEM wood trim dash panel that I bought for my 2018 Model 3 for a project that I decided not to do. It is wrapped and sitting in my garage shelf. You can have it for $100 if you are in the San Diego area or wait until late April when I have a trip planned to Vegas. You would need to check wth Tesla to see if the 2018 dash panel will fit 2023.
