Independent garages to repair Model S?

I have a late 2016 Model S 75D that requires a new steering rack. I've been quoted £3800 by Tesla Service but I think I'd prefer to save money and source a used part if I can find a garage that are willing and capable to install it.

I've checked the service manuals and replacing the rack involves removing the HV battery though I doubt its a complicated job for someone with experience.

Does anyone know of any garages that do this sort of work on older Teslas? North England preferably?

Cotswolds, but they do do Scotland so I reckon you're in with a chance ... but normally that is for mobile work, and I guess dropping out the HV and rack on your drive is probably not a viable solution!
