Help Requested with new boombox feature

I downloaded the new software this morning of the boombox but every time I try to play the sounds I don’t hear anything outside the car can anybody tell me what am I doing wrong?

Same here. Wanted to listen to music while washing my car but as soon as I closed the door the boombox shut off.
