As far as hard braking goes, I thought I had it figured out. You can never touch the brake pedal if you are using Regen braking. Any very light using of the pedal will result in a "hard braking" hit. I say "thought" because I got a hard braking on one short drive while only using regen braking.
The way Safety Score works now, it is set up to maximize premiums while lowering driving enjoyment. I have a score of 99, but I don't think it's worth it. Time to shop around.
