I've removed the logos and plugged the holes with black sugru (a silicone rubber-like material), but can reinstall the logos if desired.

Yes, front and rear. I was unaware of any changes in fitment for model 3. However, their website shows a difference between 2017-19 and 2020-21 for the rear mat, whereas the fronts are universal across all years.


Some reports say it fits just fine in 2021, though. (Tesla forums: Bottom post here)
