Fair price for 2016 Model S 70D?

I recently ordered a Model Y, so I'm thinking I'll most likely sell my beloved 2016 70D, possibly to a friend. But what's a fair price? With the recent price reductions, not sure what I see on KBB or used car sites are fair prices, I would think KBB doesn't factor FUSC into their prices. I have the MCU1 with unlimited internet (terribly slow internet). No issues with the car; garage kept, I would say it's in very good to excellent condition. The car has 69,500 miles on it and just installed new tires this past Summer.

KBB:
Private party excellent condition: $35-41k
Private party very good condition: $33-38.6k

Been seeing alot of people calling certain cars a unicorn, not sure if having FUSC, autopilot and a sunroof that opens makes it a unicorn.
Going to miss the free supercharging!

Thanks!
