Eibach Pro Kit installed on MY - one side lower than other - pic included

Hello, I got the Eibach Pro Kit installed on MY LR yesterday (1.1 front - 1.4 rear) and one side is sitting lower (0.5 inches lower) than the other side. The floor to trim on driver rear is 29 inches and floor to trim on passenger rear is 29.5 inch. The passenger rear is perfect, approx a 1.5inch drop but the the driver rear looks completely off and is around a 2 inch drop...?

The photo below clearly shows the gap in tire well is 1 inch on driver side and 1.5 inch on passenger side.

My car is going back in next week, but would you guys know why this could happen? When it settles, will it sit even lower?

Are you parked on level ground?

yes, parked on level ground. I measured it on various grounds, all heights are the same as reported above.

I just got mine distilled and have the same issue that the passenger side is sitting a bit lower than the rest of three corners. Did you find out what is causing that? Thanks.

I got my mechanic to contact Eibach and they agreed to send another set of springs. These springs were also making a knocking noise.

They may have been defective. I am getting the new set installed this Friday. I will let you know how it goes.
