CHARGING IN DUBROVNIK

Hello,

Who knows a spot to charge for free or at least inexpensively in Dubrovnik? I saw there's a Tesla Destination Charger at the central Parking garage, but there I assume one needs to pay the parking fee during the charging... while in fact I don't need to park there at all.

“We were in Dubrovnik about 3 weeks ago and went to Marina Frapa. Its a slow charger (4Kwh), but parking is free. We parked there for about 10 hours while we went to the old town.”

Anyone here have experience with charging in Poreč? I will be staying at Camping Bijela Uvala, but they have no charging infrastructure. I saw the Petrol and Lidl have 50 kW chargers, but Chargemap shows these are often out of order.
