I was surprised they're still around. TIL they were bought by a Russian company in 2010. And, yes, I used it a lot back in their heyday. I also recall eventually having to run Yahoo IM and MSN IM. I knew a small # of folks on AIM.

Tesla's built-in "Chirp" sound is very similar. It's also surprisingly audible from walking-away distance and less annoying than my seagull sound. Sometime I'll try composing 2-3 short bird chirps.

Nice! That'd probably confuse Rivian drivers more than birders
except I'm inclined to try it slowed down and reduced in pitch.It also led to "The Sounds of Rivian" story behind their sound effects. They also have a philosophy of sounds to fit the environment.

That's why our model 3 has. Since we have a Rivian, I figured it'd be nice to have matching sounds when they lock.
