Can't customize controls

I can drag different icons to customize the controls, but the change doesn't stick. Anyone know why?

I have the exact same issue. Can't rearrange the control icons. It looks like the change happens but the change doesn't stick. Tesla app version is 4.20.75 (The Tesla app version can be viewed on IPhone under settings/Tesla). I have an old IPhone 6s. My wife has the same exact phone and the same problem. Additional issue is that I also can't scroll far enough down the Controls screen to activate or change Cabin Overheat Protection unless I set the IPhone text size to the absolute minimum. When I do that, I can activate the Cabin Overheat but I still can't scroll down to reach the COP temperature settings. I tried removing and reinstalling the Tesla app but the problem remains. Anybody?
