Only affects Hong Kong.

Best way to get a thread gone is probably to use the "report" button to get it to a moderators attention.

Im not a mod for this particular section, but wanted to highlight that the above is correct. Posting in a thread for a mod to do something may not catch their attention, as even the most active mods may not read every single thread. The report function actually shows up in a queue for moderator actions, so it guarantees that a mod that has rights in that section will eventually see it, and evaluate it.
