APP_w264 error code

As per attached image.

2023 MYP, 3 weeks old.

Has thrown this code a few times now. Disappears after parking it.

Anyone know anything about it? Is this a service request (do I have to pay for it?)

Have you tried a camera re-calibration? It’s in one of the menu’s

Apart from the initial calibration, I haven’t yet.
May give it a go.

The calibration can sometimes go a bit wrong. After my MCU was replaced I had to calibrate twice.
If that doesn’t work lodge a service request using the app. It works well. As it is an electronic issue it would be covered under warranty.
