Any mechanics around Pittsburgh who can do a M3 RWD differential oil and filter flush and fill?

I'm in the Pittsburgh area. Anyone know of any local mechanics in my area with experience in doing the motor / differential assembly oil drain and fill and replace the filter? After nearly 6 years and 127K miles, it is due to be changed, I don't believe in that "lifetime fluid" BS that carmakers tell you.

I've seen the videos of how to do it, and back in the old days, I'd be out in the garage under the car, doing it myself. But I don't have easy access to a garage or suitable work place anymore. And sliding around on the floor isn't fun anymore, I wouldn't do it without the car on a lift.

The Wexford SC wants over $600 for the job. I don't mind paying a reasonable price, but come on now.

According to the videos I've seen, it uses the Pentosin ATF9 fluid and that stuff is $20 a quart.

few independant mechanics will have much experience doing fluid replacement on cars with factory lifetime fills. Few will stock the special fluids and even fewer still will want to do it at low cost.
The low cost places stay in business by doing all the routine required maintenance in ICE vehicles. Those specializing in EVs usually charge a premium.
Imagine you can find a less expensive place by just driving around to a bunch of independants that will be willing to take on the job for less than $600.

The problem becomes when one of them agrees to do it. OP drives away thinking he got a steal at $300 only to have the motor/diff assembly fail shortly thereafter. I highly doubt the tiny shop with Bob "Screwdriver" Willis is going to guarantee the work, AND I will bet Tesla will stay away as well since it was done outside of their recommended maintenance.

So to save $300 (just in this example) OP would be on the hook for repais. Granted, that is an absolute worse-case scenario, but we live with insurance policies on everything "just in case ..."
