Another annoying software change, car temp.

On the latest release I notice that the temperature in the car is reset to 70 at the start of every trip. Why? Why can't they just leave things alone? I've left my last 3 or 4 cars set to 68 for years, why do they think I should have it at 70?

Is it possible you accidentally changed and saved 70 deg in your driver profile?

I suppose I could check. I didn't think this was set in a driver profile.

Set it to what you want, then slightly move your seat. Tap save.
In previous software, I used to see it. Pop up a little "saved to profile" when I adjusted the temp. Haven’t seen them in a while.

Of course I go to check and it was set where I wanted it. This started at the last update but maybe it was just coincidence.

One change that I know happened though that I don't like is that the map re-centers if you shift it around and/or expand it, and too quickly to even be useful now. It used to just stay where you leave it. I always want the zoomed out view when I'm approaching NYC so I can quickly pick the best route. The NAV is completely useless for that in NYC as it doesn't know all the choke points nor account for the endless traffic lights.
