Tesla's Supercharger Team was recently laid off. We discuss what this means for the company on today's TMC Podcast streaming live at 1PM PDT. You can watch on X or on YouTube where you can participate in the live chat.
FWIW, there are two more recently opened 50kW DCFC in Minot (hopefully more reliable than the existing 50kW stations)

Not supercharger speed, but good enough to get North/South in most conditions.
Props on the supercharger detective...
June 2018 RWD-LR started throwing the PCS_a019 this past week.
Unfortunately I'm out of warranty on milage (59k now, 60k by the time I get to the service center)
About $1100 for parts and about $560 labor (USD) is the current estimate.
BUT! After reading Yanquetino's blog post, I've contacted...
Uffda. 10.3 issues here. 2018 RWD-LR Model 3 (030XXX VIN)
Currently on the return leg of a several hundred mile drive. Having to drive manually sucks.:-)
Menomonie photos from this afternoon.
Pedestals are in place. Does not appear wires are pulled.
Pads for inverters and transformer are poured. Again, no wires pulled.
Juice noodles still packed.
Seems like it has a way to go, but this and Tomah will really take the load off Mauston!
Quick Bismarck update. Crew is going full tilt @ 18° F with real-feel of 2° F
Looks like 6 of 8 pedestals are vertical and that they will soon be placing the two inverters (large white monolithic things)
No pics this morning as warm hats were more visible than hard hats. I may be back this...
*fingers crossed*
But realistically, I'm thinking this location will be 4th in the state (after Fargo) due to the underground not being wrapped up before winter. Gotta get it thawed out and finished before they would commit the expensive surface hardware.
I could be wrong though.
@lightfoot3b 's house probably. I'd also recommend jumping into the North Dakota Tesla Owners group on Facebook. We are pretty active there and it may provide more opportunities to find places to charge.
This pic was taken about 6:30 pm today (Oct. 24th) ... SE corner of Buffalo Mall parking lot.
Does not look promising for eminent construction.
Also, crew in Fargo confirmed to me this evening that they have a little left to do tomorrow (Fri, Oct 25th)
Asked about next destination, answer...

No information yet on when the story...
Sept 25th pics
Transformer has been set, unsure if wiring from grid is complete as the trench was still open. Perhaps they just ran out of working hours.
Quick site update. Crew is done with rough dirt work (so much rain) and currently working on teardown and packing up the construction site. They wanted to be done yesterday, but bad weather prevented them from finishing site teardown.
I may have guessed where they are going, but I prefer not...
2019-09-17 Update:
No sign of further work / crew still on time off.
Rain in the forecast this evening, so hoping that doesn't continue to set back the finish dirt work.
So, I have some family stuff that's going to require me to be out of town for the next week. I won't be able to provide any updates until Saturday the 14th at the earliest.
In the mean time here's a rain affected status update. Some equipment and materials are on site. Caution tape was placed...
Thursday 7pm update.
Steady as she goes. No indications of start of work.
I could be obsessive o_O about it and post daily... But I'm probably going to back off and only report when I see a change :D
Will do that too :)
Confirmed that MDU gas, Century Link (fiber and copper POTS probably) and one unknown thing have been marked in the region noted on the locate request.
Search and Status
I'm really unsure where they are going to get power from. All areas of the marked region seems really...
