MXM4 Second set wear warranty - will they credit towards Pilot Sport AS4’s?

Hi there! I’ve worn through my second set of MXM4’s (2018 Model 3 18” Aero), this time at about 27K miles (2/32 - 3/32 per tire). I had this set ‘discounted’ by Michelin when the original MXM4’s hit 3/32s @ 23K miles. Does Michelin give money back for the tires premature wear if I switch to...

Solar Roof Questions - Can you mix roof types? Is $250 deposit required to get an exact quote? Gutter size?

Hi there! I just moved; previous house had Tesla solar panels + Powerwall. The new house has a large *attached* garage/workshop (2160 sq ft) that has a roof in better shape than the rest of the house. My two main questions are: 1. Will Tesla work with you to do only a partial roof...

Want recommendation for quality 5-20 male to 5-15 male adapter to use with 15 Amp circuit/12A load

I'll be doing some traveling, and would like to use one extension cord for either 120V/15A or 120V/20A charging. However, the male end on the 5-20 extension cord of course won't fit in a 5-15 wall socket. I'd like to use a cheap 5-20 to 5-15 adapter in case I end up at a location with a 5-15...

Does the Chademo adapter fit in the frunk?

Simple question I couldn't find an answer via search - does the Model 3 Chademo adapter fit in the frunk of the car? (or in the lower trunk in the rear?) Thanks!

    Lowest Ride Height?

Any idea how low the ground clearance would get on a CT at the lowest setting? I'm curious as advertised specs are [up to 16"], which is great for a lot of reasons. but if I'm replacing a Model 3 with this, a low suspension setting would keep handling pretty decent for the truck..

Tesla Gateway and Powerwall - Converting to hard wired network

Hey folks, I have a Tesla Solar Panel, Gateway, and Powerwall 2 setup in my home (installed earlier this year). I'd like to know about two things. 1. When the install was happening, they had me provide WiFi network information; I assume this is for the Tesla Gateway or Powerwall? and...

Anyone using Tesla App on ChromeOS successfully?

I wasn't quite sure where to post this - but was curious if anyone was using the Tesla app on a Chromebook / ChromeOS device successfully? On my Chromebook the app loads , but the 'view' is extremely magnified, and I can't scroll around or actually see the options for my Model 3 or solar...

    18 Panel System possible?

Hi there! Has anyone been able to get Tesla to engineer/sell them a 18 panel system? I have a 12-panel system on the way, was hoping for the 24-panel (best cost$/kW produced) but mature trees nearby and possibly a smallish roof made Tesla say this wasn't viable. I'm looking forward to...

Buying Tesla Solar - Monitoring Fees?

Hi folks- I just want to double check a few things before I order: If I pay cash for a Tesla solar panel system, are there any monitoring or other fees, or is that a one and done price? I'm asking as I have a friend with a Solar City system that appears to have monitoring fees, but i see no...

Roof Rack - New Yakima clips too long to get to 8Nm torque?

Hey Folks - I'm one of the February roof rack batch buyers that arrived with the 'bad' clips. Upon installing with the new (grey/silver) clips from Yakima and upon installing the roof rack, I found the bolts to be a bit too long to properly torque with a torque wrench + allen key attachment...
